We are a team husband and wife, in our late fifties who wants to lease land, with electricity, water and sewage. Our six ponies need about an acre. We need to corals and can provide fences. We are adults calm, and disappeared with the ponies about 6-7 months of the year. Flat terrain is very rolling well.
